It was windy but sunny today. When the wind died down it was warm in the camper, but nice outside. Elokin and Hendrix got to go for a ride in the bin truck with Les first thing this morning. They loved it. Later on, after Les had cleaned it out, he took the kids for a ride on the quad bike up the back to look inside the bin truck and see how it all works. He took them for lots of rides on the quad today.

Nathan took his new snorkelling gear that we purchased in Brisbane for a test in the pool. Elokin and Hendrix went in too. Elokin tried out her old flippers, but they weren’t very good.

I did 6 loads of washing at Les and Maree’s, which saved us $18! Only 1 load left for tomorrow, but that is our clothes all done. Elokin did school work today, and she was doing really well, but then completely lost it.

Jo, Show and the boys arrived this evening before sunset. I cooked a big spaghetti bolognaise for everyone. While cooking we ran out of gas which was a pain. Les and Maree joined us for a while after dinner, chatting, before going home. We sat up chatting with Jo and Show until 11pm.
